With more than 35,000 surgeries performed in the areas of Minimal Access, Bariatric, Metabolic Surgery, and Robotic GI Surgery, Dr. Randeep Wadhawan offers extensive experience to his practice. He has educated over 500 surgeons in GI, Bariatric, and Robotic Surgery, highlighting his dedication to enhancing surgical methods and sharing knowledge.

In prominent leadership roles, he is the President of the Obesity and Metabolic Surgery Society of India (OSSI) and serves as an Executive Committee Member of both the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons (IAGES) and the Hernia Society of India (HSI). Additionally, he is an executive committee member of ARIS (Advanced Robotic & Innovative Surgery).

In the realm of medical education, he acts as faculty for the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences in India and serves as a proctor and national faculty for training surgeons in Robotic (Da Vinci) GI Surgeries. Moreover, he is actively involved in academic publishing, holding the position of Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Minimal Access Surgery (JMAS) and serving as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Bariatric Surgery (JBS).
