Brief Profile:

Dr. Arvind Khurana possesses an extensive experience of over 35 years in various fields of gastroenterology. He has successfully conducted more than 150,000 endoscopic procedures, which include over 25,000 cases of EPT/CBD stone removal and biliary stenting, 2,000 metallic stent placements, 950 foreign body removals, 2,000 PEG placements, 900 PTBD procedures, as well as pediatric and neonatal endoscopy. Dr. Khurana routinely carries out over 75 pancreaticobiliary procedures each month. He holds an M.D. in Medicine from Delhi University and completed his D.M. in Gastroenterology at G.B. Pant Hospital, DU in 1991. Additionally, he is a Fellow of the esteemed Royal College of Physicians (F.R.C.P) in Ireland. Renowned for his research contributions, Dr. Arvind Khurana has presented numerous papers, including those on vagal nerve dysfunction in patients with corrosive esophageal strictures, foreign bodies of the upper GI tract—an experience of 161 cases, and the CT evaluation of Caroli's disease. He is also actively engaged in organizing conferences, having coordinated the annual JGCON gastro vision for six years, along with RGCON gastro vision and Fortiscon-gastro vision.

His extensive experience encompasses the treatment of disorders such as acid reflux, liver diseases, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and pancreatic conditions.
