Brief Profile:

Dr. Surveen Ghumman Sindhu possesses extensive experience spanning 24 years in tertiary care hospitals and has served as a faculty member, teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students at esteemed medical colleges in Delhi throughout this period. She has specialized in Assisted Reproductive Technologies and In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) at the renowned Cleveland Clinic in the USA and is a certified clinical embryologist from Manipal University, which is the only institution in India offering a postgraduate program in Clinical Embryology. Additionally, she has received training in advanced micromanipulation techniques from the same institution. Furthermore, she has been awarded a fellowship by the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons in the field of minimally invasive surgery. Currently, she holds the position of Director and Head of IVF and Reproductive Medicine at Max Multispeciality Hospitals located in Saket, Panchsheel, and Patparganj, Delhi.

Her dedication to the field of infertility over the past 24 years has led her to focus her research in this area. Consequently, she has authored five books on infertility, which are titled: Ovulation Induction, Tubouterine Factors in Infertility, Intrauterine Insemination, Evaluation of an Infertile Couple, and Clinical Embryology and ART. Her contributions have garnered international acclaim, with two of these books being published internationally and available on amazon.com as well as on the website of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists in the UK. In addition, she has over 100 publications in both national and international journals and books. Her detailed CV is available upon request. Her research on tuberculosis related to infertility received the best paper award at the National Conference on Infertility organized by the Indian Fertility Society. The research she conducted at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal University, on 'Methods of Semen Preparation to Eliminate DNA Damaged Sperm' has been published internationally. Her presentation on ultrasound in infertility was highly regarded during her training at the Cleveland Clinic in the USA. She has also received numerous other accolades.
