He received his training at the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi, where he dedicated approximately 12 years. Following this, he served as a consultant at Medanta-The Medicity for 3.5 years before establishing his own ophthalmic specialty center. Currently, he holds the position of Director and Lead Surgeon at Noble Eye Care, and serves as Senior Consultant and Head of Department at Narayana Superspecialty Hospital in Gurgaon, as well as Consultant at Madhukar Rainbow Children's Hospital in New Delhi.

Dr. Digvijay Singh has participated as a faculty member at both national and international conferences, delivering numerous instructional courses in his areas of expertise. With over 80 publications, including chapters and a book, he has made substantial contributions to the field of ophthalmic science.

Clinically and surgically, he possesses extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of strabismus, having performed surgeries on all types of squints utilizing both traditional and advanced contemporary techniques. As a super-specialist neuro-ophthalmologist, he has managed thousands of patients with related disorders. He has undergone specialized training in glaucoma and is proficient in various glaucoma surgical techniques.
