Noor Medicare operates as a medical travel facilitator. We coordinate, assist, and help patients connect with JCI-accredited hospitals, clinical specialists, and wellness centers in India.

Please Note: Noor Medicare does not directly provide medical diagnoses, clinical surgeries, hospital care, or direct healthcare services. All clinical assessments and surgical procedures are executed independently by partner hospitals and licensed doctors.

2. Non-Medical Advice Disclaimer

Any informational estimates, brochures, cost quotes, or blog details hosted on our site or communicated by our clinical coordinators do not constitute formal medical diagnoses. Patients must consult treating doctors directly before initiating surgical plans. Final clinical treatment recommendations are formulated solely by your treating physician upon arrival.

3. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient coordinating care with Noor Medicare, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date medical reports, current lists of medications, and diagnoses.
• Fulfill passport, visa, financial, and customs regulations required to travel and stay in India.
• Obtain travel and medical clearance from your local healthcare provider prior to boarding flights.

4. Payment and Cost Estimates

Noor Medicare offers free logistical assistance and hospital options coordination. Any cost estimates provided are indicative quotes based on clinical history and initial assessment. Final treatment bills are determined directly by the treating hospital after in-person diagnostics, and must be settled directly with the hospital cash counters/insurance departments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Noor Medicare is not liable for any clinical negligence, surgical complications, post-operative setbacks, or issues arising from treatment provided at our partner hospitals. We do not guarantee specific medical outcomes. All treatments are subject to standard medical consent documents signed by the patient with the treating hospital.

6. Travel and Logistics

While we facilitate and help coordinate transport transfers, airport pickups, translation assistance, and accommodation bookings, any disruptions caused by airline cancellations, third-party hotels, or local public disruptions are outside the control and liability of Noor Medicare.

7. Amendments to Terms

Noor Medicare reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site and coordination services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
